About the position
HyperionDev is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing who will be responsible for leading the paid media strategy and execution efforts for specific sub-products. This role requires a results-driven and customer-focused individual who will ensure that every HyperionDev student and client is properly identified and engaged throughout the customer lifecycle. The Head of Performance Marketing will manage all digital marketing channels, diversify the channel mix using paid social channels, and track and measure email and CRM work as well as campaign-specific results. This role plays a crucial part in driving the marketing department's commercial performance and requires a target-driven approach, high motivation levels, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviors of customers for various products
- Develop customer personas and build performance and customer analytics using website data, student database, mar-tech platforms, and GA4
- Lead and develop a target-driven paid media and email marketing team, including A/B testing and improving collateral and market affinity
- Design, manage, and implement digital multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI
- Run operational and project management components of user acquisition and paid media deliverables
- Own, drive, and report on key metrics related to acquisition, channel performance, and channel growth
- Develop recommendations for reaching new students through desktop and mobile campaigns, including channel mix, copy/creative, and messaging strategies
- Provide creative input into ad and landing page testing schedules to improve campaign results
- Work with sales, development, and product teams to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Innovate acquisition tests and funnel improvements
- Manage large budgets, analyze and develop campaigns, supervise acquisition media buying
- Manage deliverables, report campaign performance, and communicate expectations with team and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer priorities and insights
