• Requires ability to communicate effectively and clearly (both written and verbally); Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Requires the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Requires ability to use good judgment in making routine and complex decisions; Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to sell products and Services; Must be goal-oriented and able to achieve individual goals as well as work as a team player to achieve departmental and/or Bank goals; Flexibility is necessary with the ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, with an ability to quickly learn other bank-related programs.

Responsibilities

• Product and Service Guidance: Identify customer needs and proactively recommend banking products and services that align with their financial goals. Your knowledge and expertise will empower our customers to make informed decisions.
• Problem Solving: Act as a troubleshooter by resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and solving problems with poise and professionalism.
• Clear and Articulate Communication: Your well-spoken and articulate communication style will be key in building trust and rapport with our customers. You'll be the voice and face of our bank.
• Technology Proficiency: Become a master of our Interactive Video Teller technology, ensuring seamless video interactions and trouble-free transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
