About The Position

ADP is hiring an Insurance Consultant to serve as a front-line resource for clients, resolving issues, answering questions, helping clients, and training users on ADP technology. The role focuses on client support and satisfaction, with varied questions and solutions supported by ADP training. The Insurance Consultant provides support by phone and digital channels on business coverage, rates, and coverage endorsements in coordination with clients and carriers. The role also involves investigating and resolving complex client issues, building insurance and ADP product knowledge, and recommending additional lines of coverage and agency-managed benefits administration tools.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in the insurance industry.
Must have the appropriate Property-Casualty producer license within 30 days of employment; ADP will support successful candidates in the testing process.
A college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support by phone and digital channels, answering questions and concerns about business coverage and rates.
Work with clients and carriers to endorse coverage based on business needs or changes.
Answer questions about ADP's Pay-By-Pay product, its value proposition, and the audit and dispute process.
Investigate, research, analyze, and resolve complex client issues, advising clients based on ADP and insurance product knowledge.
Continuously upgrade knowledge of the insurance industry and ADP products, including payroll.
Identify and recommend additional lines of coverage and agency-managed benefits administration tools.
Develop and maintain effective written and verbal communication to support client satisfaction and service.
