About The Position

SOGO Insurance is seeking an ambitious, bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking sales professional for a fully remote insurance sales position. The role offers uncapped commission, residual income from renewals, agency-paid E&O insurance, sponsored Sandler sales training, and agency support. Requirements

At least 2 years of successful sales experience.
A hunter mentality and confidence prospecting and generating leads.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfort working in a performance-driven environment.
Bilingual English and Spanish skills are required.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
An active Property and Casualty (P&C) license, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, and relationship-building activities.
Conduct consultative conversations with business owners and individuals to identify their insurance needs.
Present customized Commercial and Personal Lines insurance solutions.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline in the CRM.
Collaborate with Account Managers to support exceptional client service and retention.
Participate in weekly coaching sessions, sales training, and professional development programs.
