About The Position

SOGO Insurance is seeking an ambitious, bilingual sales professional to build a long-term book of business while working remotely. The role offers uncapped commissions, residual income through renewals, sales training, agency support, and a long-term career path. Applicants may have insurance experience or be successful salespeople seeking to enter the insurance industry. The consultant will develop new business, assess insurance needs, recommend customized Commercial and Personal Lines solutions, and maintain an organized sales pipeline. The role also involves coordinating with Account Managers and participating in coaching, training, and professional development.

Requirements

At least 2 years of successful sales experience.
A hunter mentality and confidence in prospecting and generating leads.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfort working in a performance-driven environment.
Bilingual English and Spanish required.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.

Nice To Haves

An active Property and Casualty (P&C) license is preferred; otherwise, willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, and relationship-building activities.
Conduct consultative conversations with business owners and individuals to identify insurance needs.
Present customized Commercial and Personal Lines insurance solutions.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline within the CRM.
Collaborate with Account Managers to support exceptional client service and retention.
Participate in weekly coaching sessions, sales training, and professional development programs.
