Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling, outreach, and converting leads into active policies
  • Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and present tailored solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell a diverse portfolio of Farmers Insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
  • Build and nurture client relationships, deliver ongoing support, and conduct regular policy reviews
  • Surpass personal sales goals to fuel agency growth
  • Stay informed about product offerings and compliance regulations
  • Leverage CRM tools for lead management, client follow-ups, and policy renewals
  • Collaborate with team members, contributing to agency-wide sales strategies
