Requirements

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing business
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business through prospecting, outreach, and converting leads
  • Conducting needs assessments and recommending tailored insurance solutions
  • Selling and cross-selling a variety of insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial)
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
  • Consistently exceeding individual sales goals while contributing to the agency’s overall growth
  • Keeping up-to-date on insurance products and compliance requirements
  • Using CRM tools to manage outreach, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Participating actively in team meetings and sharing best practices
