Requirements
- Are fluent in Spanish and English
- Have proven experience in insurance sales or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Hold an active insurance license(s) (or are willing to obtain one)
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Are motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Can build rapport with clients and deliver an excellent customer experience

Responsibilities
- Work onsite at our Burbank location
- Effectively communicate with and serve Spanish-speaking clients
- Utilize agency-supplied leads to drive new business and expand your client base
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
- Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing service and policy reviews
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, compliance requirements, and industry trends
