Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Confidence in outbound sales and closing new business
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred—or willingness to earn them)

  • Bilingual skills are a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying and developing prospects
  • Conduct detailed consultations to assess client needs and recommend optimal insurance products
  • Sell and cross-sell a full suite of insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Nurture strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing support and policy optimization
  • Consistently surpass sales targets to propel both individual and agency success
  • Stay up to date on insurance products and industry regulations
  • Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and managing renewals
  • Collaborate in team meetings and contribute to agency growth strategies
