Requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

Strong self-initiative and the ability to manage your time effectively
Experience in sales or customer service is helpful, but not required
Desire and commitment to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)
Bilingual abilities are welcomed but not essential

Responsibilities

Grow and maintain a client base by networking, prospecting, and getting involved in the local community.
Inform and advise clients on a full suite of insurance products, including auto, home, life, business, and specialty policies.
Assess client needs to deliver uniquely tailored insurance solutions.
Develop strong client relationships through consistent communication and routine policy reviews.
Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Remain knowledgeable about market trends and new products from Farmers Insurance.
