Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence making outbound calls and closing business
  • Openness to coaching and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
  • Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell a range of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and conducting regular policy reviews
  • Achieve and surpass individual sales targets to drive agency growth
  • Stay current with product knowledge and compliance requirements
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
