As an Agent Producer at the Kyle Campbell Agency, you’ll work closely with an award-winning agency owner, gaining firsthand experience in building and leading a successful insurance business. You’ll receive in-depth training in sales, client relations, operations, and leadership, all while working toward more advanced responsibilities over time. You’ll help clients protect what matters most—with coverage across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty lines—while building your own expertise and client base in a supportive, high-achieving environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to achieve more
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Eagerness to obtain (or already hold) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred, not required
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
