As an Agent in Training, you will play a key role in driving revenue, delivering customized insurance solutions, and promoting a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies Conduct consultations to determine clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and policy reviews Meet and exceed individual sales goals to support overall agency growth Stay current on product knowledge and compliance standards Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals Engage in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies What We’re Looking For 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Confidence with outbound calls and closing sales Willingness to be coached and motivated to learn Strong organizational and time management skills Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain) Bilingual abilities are a plus Why Join Our Team? Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
