Requirements
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Confidence with outbound calls and closing sales
- Willingness to be coached and motivated to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
- Conduct consultations to determine clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and policy reviews
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals to support overall agency growth
- Stay current on product knowledge and compliance standards
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
