Key Responsibilities As an Insurance Agent, your core responsibilities will focus on driving agency growth and building your career in sales:

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in making outbound sales calls and closing business
  • A coachable, growth-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by finding prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
  • Conduct client consultations to understand needs and recommend tailored coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell insurance solutions such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships through continued support and regular policy reviews
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals that contribute to both personal and agency growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Participate actively in team meetings and strategic sales sessions
