Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Confidence in making outbound sales calls and closing business
  • Eagerness to learn, be coached, and advance your sales skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive agency growth by identifying, contacting, and converting new prospects into loyal policyholders
  • Conduct engaging consultations to assess customer insurance needs and deliver appropriate solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and ongoing policy reviews
  • Consistently achieve and surpass your sales targets
  • Stay on top of product changes and compliance standards
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Participate in sales meetings and collaborative team strategy sessions
