About The Position

As an Insurance Agent Trainee, you’ll take the lead in generating new business, sealing sales, and growing lasting client partnerships. You’ll present and sell a variety of insurance solutions, matching products to clients’ needs and using your persuasive communication skills to drive agency growth. Requirements

• Sales hunters with 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
• High-impact communicators and skilled negotiators
• Relentless closers confident in outbound pitching
• Coachable, quick learners with a passion for winning
• Organized, deadline-driven professionals
• Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (preferred or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads to generate new business and revenue
• Conduct persuasive consultations to assess and address client insurance needs
• Aggressively sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Build relationships for retention, conducting timely policy reviews and consistently upselling additional coverage
• Surpass individual sales targets to propel agency expansion
• Stay sharp on product knowledge, compliance, and market trends
• Harness CRM systems for lead management, tracking, and renewals
• Collaborate in sales strategy sessions and team meetings
