About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to build and manage an insurance agency serving educators and their families in Bentonville, Arkansas. The agent identifies and presents insurance and financial solutions, develops market access and client relationships, and grows the business through networking and community engagement. The role offers a multiline product portfolio, technology and training, relationship-building programs, and dedicated client-service support. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with activity- and production-based incentives during the first 48 months.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong business management skills.
• Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
• Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
