About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to build and manage an insurance agency serving educators and their families in Stuttgart, Arkansas. The agent helps educators find affordable insurance solutions and financial security, develops market access and strong relationships, presents products to groups and individuals, and participates in networking, community, and industry events. The role requires investing time and resources in the long-term success of the business. The agent receives performance-based 1099 compensation, an incentive package during the first 48 months, a dedicated Premier Service Representative for client service work, an exclusive niche market, technology and training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage an agency.
- Resident-state Life and Health Insurance License.
- Resident-state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.

- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
