About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Exclusive Agent in West Memphis, Arkansas. The agent builds and manages an insurance business focused on serving educators and their families, helping them find affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security. The role centers on developing market access and relationships, presenting insurance and financial products to groups and individuals, and building a strong community network. Horace Mann offers performance-based 1099 compensation and an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, including activity- and success-based incentives and quarterly production incentives. Agents receive a dedicated Premier Service Representative to handle client service work, along with technology, ongoing training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong business management skills.
Resident-state General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
