About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to build and manage an agency serving educators in the Metro Phoenix area. The agent will help educators find affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security, while developing market access and strong relationships. The role offers performance-based 1099 compensation, an incentive package for the first 48 months, a dedicated Service Representative, an exclusive territory, technology and training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs. No external office is required for the first two years.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong business management skills.
• Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
• Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.

Nice To Haves

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
