Requirements
- A confident, self-motivated approach and a strong work ethic.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Work with local employers to identify needs and recommend Aflac benefit solutions.
- Develop new business through company-provided leads, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct presentations and benefit enrollments in person and virtually.
- Provide service and claims support to new and existing policyholders.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities.
