About The Position

AAA is hiring motivated insurance agents for its Twin Falls, Idaho office. Agents sell insurance products from multiple top-tier carriers and serve AAA members, with access to an existing member base and lead sources. The role offers no overhead expenses, defined business hours, and the potential for high income. Candidates who are not licensed may receive training, but must pass the licensing exam within 30 days of hire and/or within two examination attempts, whichever occurs first.

Requirements

• Motivated self-starter.
• Strong sales ability and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Property & Casualty license required; training is available for candidates who are not licensed.
• If not licensed upon hire, must pass the licensing exam within 30 days of hire and/or within two examination attempts, whichever occurs first.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and desire to serve members.
• Must pass a clean background check and drug screen to be eligible for hire.
• High school education or equivalent.

• College degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
