About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to serve educators and their families in El Dorado, Arkansas. The agent will build and manage an agency, develop market access and client relationships, and present insurance and financial products to groups and individuals. The role offers a multiline product portfolio, technology and training, market-building programs, and support from a dedicated Premier Service Representative. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with incentives during the first 48 months.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
• Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.

Nice To Haves

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
