About The Position

As a Caregiver on CareBenefits’ team, you will provide childcare for children from multiple families in your area. You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in families’ homes. CareBenefits automatically places caregivers in jobs based on their experience, location, and availability. Assignments typically involve an eight-hour day. The position is part-time and requires availability for at least one weekday, for at least eight consecutive hours between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
At least one weekday of availability, for at least eight consecutive hours between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Related childcare experience.
Reliable transportation to families’ homes and ability to travel up to 15 miles from your home.
Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification required before the start date; reimbursement for certification is provided.
Familiarity with and ability to use app-based products and electronic devices.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Conduct introductory calls with each family you are booked with.
Care for children in their homes, typically for an eight-hour day.
Follow the schedule and rules set by parents.
Perform household duties related to the care provided, such as cleaning up after meals and activities and doing dishes.
