Requirements

Proven sales experience or a record of goal-crushing performance
Outstanding communicator and confident negotiator
Motivated, resourceful, and fearless with outbound calls
Coachable, ambitious, and eager to learn
Exceptionally organized with great time management
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to get licensed soon)
Bilingual talent a major plus

Responsibilities
