The Kelsie Porter Agency, part of Farmers Insurance, is expanding and seeking driven and personable professionals to join their Howell team as an Insurance Agent. Requirements
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to achieve sales success
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Willingness to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities
- Grow your network and client base through proactive outreach, referrals, and community involvement
- Educate clients on a wide range of coverage options: auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to design tailored insurance solutions for each client
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and consultations to presenting recommendations and closing deals
- Build enduring client relationships with regular reviews, check-ins, and exceptional ongoing service
- Consistently pursue and exceed sales targets while focusing on delivering long-term value
- Keep current on industry trends, product updates, and Farmers Insurance offerings
