Candidates with previous sales experience or a proven track record of meeting goals are required. Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence with outbound calls and closing sales
  • Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policyholders
  • Conduct personalized client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with continuous support and policy reviews
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals to contribute to agency growth
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and compliance requirements
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and oversee policy renewals
  • Take part in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
