Requirements
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for sales success
- Excellent organizational, time management, and independent work skills
- Sales or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities
- Grow your client base through networking, outreach, and active community involvement
- Educate clients about our full portfolio of auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance products
- Conduct needs assessments and design personalized insurance solutions
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and consultation through presentation and closing
- Build long-term relationships via regular check-ins, policy reviews, and outstanding service
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while nurturing client loyalty
- Stay informed of industry trends and maintain deep knowledge of Farmers Insurance offerings
