About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Agent to help educators address financial challenges and achieve long-term financial security. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and insurance products tailored to educators. Producers build and manage their own business while serving an established niche market, developing client relationships, and participating in community and industry events. The position has a performance-based 1099 compensation structure with a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly sales incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and opportunities for a sign-on bonus and uncapped earnings. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office; there is no external office requirement.
