About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Agent to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, industry training, and access to a multi-line product portfolio and established books of business. The agent builds and manages their own practice, develops a client base among educators, and participates in community and networking activities. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
