About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to build and manage an insurance agency serving educators in a defined territory without overlap with other agents. The agent will help educators find affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security by developing relationships, presenting products, and growing market access. The role offers competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation and incentives during the first 48 months, along with a dedicated Service Representative, technology, training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
