About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent in Pueblo, Colorado, to build and manage an insurance agency serving educators. The agent identifies and presents insurance and financial solutions that help educators achieve affordable coverage and financial security. The role involves developing market access and relationships, presenting products to groups and individuals, and participating in networking, community, and industry events. The agent is expected to invest time and resources in the long-term success of the business. Horace Mann provides technology, training, a multiline product portfolio, relationship-building programs, and a Dedicated Premier Service Representative to handle client service work.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong business management skills.
- Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
- Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
