About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas greet customers, build genuine connections, help them navigate the menu, and prepare quality drinks while keeping up with customer demand. The role requires a team-first attitude, reliability, a positive approach, and a commitment to learning and growth. The work is physically demanding and involves being on your feet and moving quickly for shifts of up to 10 hours. Broistas should be prepared to work in varying weather conditions and may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. The position includes training, certifications, and knowledge tests to ensure Dutch Bros standards are met. Compensation is $15.16 per hour in base pay, plus tips. The posting reports average tips of $8.25 per hour based on 2025 reporting, while noting that actual tips may vary.
