About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, high-energy customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas greet and connect with customers, help them choose menu items, prepare high-quality drinks efficiently, and keep their workspaces clean while following food safety standards. The role calls for a positive, adaptable, reliable, team-oriented person who can maintain kindness and focus during busy shifts and in inclement weather.

The position is physically demanding and involves standing and moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and working shifts that may last up to 10 hours. Employees may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds, and must have reliable transportation for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $15.16 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $8.25 per hour; actual tips may vary.
