About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Parker, Colorado. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer-service role. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, prepare high-quality drinks efficiently, and bring positive energy to every shift. The role involves working on your feet and handling a steady flow of customers, with shifts of up to 10 hours. Employees should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and may push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Reliable transportation is needed to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $15.16 per hour in base pay, plus an average of $8.25 per hour in tips. The company notes that tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary based on factors such as location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2025 reporting.
