About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas are expected to uphold Dutch Bros values, maintain a clean workspace, follow food safety standards, and reliably attend scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. The work is physically demanding and involves staying on your feet, moving quickly, and serving a steady flow of customers for shifts of up to 10 hours. Employees should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Base pay is $15.16 per hour, plus tips that average $8.25 per hour according to 2025 reporting.
