About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a people-oriented Broista to connect with customers and deliver friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced coffee shop. The role involves welcoming customers, helping them explore the menu, preparing quality drinks efficiently, and reflecting Dutch Bros’ values. Broistas work closely with their crew, maintain a clean workspace, follow food safety standards, and arrive reliably for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.

The work is physically demanding and requires being on your feet, moving quickly, and serving a steady flow of customers. Shifts may last up to 10 hours, and the role may involve pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Employees should be prepared to work in varying weather conditions. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $15.16 per hour in base pay, plus tips that average $8.25 per hour; actual tips may vary.
