About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role centers on creating a fun, welcoming customer experience while preparing quality drinks in a fast-paced, high-energy shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, and represent Dutch Bros values while supporting their crew and maintaining food-safety standards. The work is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and working shifts that may last up to 10 hours. Broistas should be prepared to work in varying weather conditions and may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Reliable transportation is needed for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $15.16 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $8.25 per hour; actual tips may vary.
