About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The agent will build and manage an insurance agency serving educators, helping them find affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security. The role offers an exclusive territory, a multiline product portfolio, technology and training, market and relationship-building programs, and a dedicated Service Representative to handle client service work. No external office is required for the first two years. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with activity- and success-based incentives and quarterly production incentives during the first 48 months.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong business management skills.
• Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
• Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
