About The Position
American Family Insurance is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a demonstrated track record of success to build and operate an insurance agency. Insurance Agents work as independent contractors and exclusively represent American Family and its products. The agent is responsible for the agency’s overall management, sales, and growth, including hiring a team and working with them to achieve strategic business goals. The opportunity offers local training and support in areas such as marketing, prospecting, and business consultation, as well as unlimited compensation potential, including a New Agent Incentive Program.
Requirements
- Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
- Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
