The agent is responsible for overall agency management, sales, and growth; hiring a team; and working with that team to meet strategic business goals. Requirements
- Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
- Pass motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background checks.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, motivation, and eagerness to commit the time and energy needed to build a business.
