About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent in Canton, Massachusetts, to help educators find affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security. The agent will build and manage an agency, develop market access and relationships, and present insurance and financial products to groups and individuals. The role includes a dedicated Premier Service Representative for client service work, an exclusive niche market, technology and ongoing training, a multiline product portfolio, and programs to support market development and relationship building. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with incentives tied to activity and success during the first 48 months and quarterly production incentives during that period.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
- Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
- Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.

- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
