About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent in Canton, Massachusetts. The agent will build and manage an insurance agency serving educators, helping them find affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security. Success involves developing market access and relationships, presenting products to groups and individuals, networking in the community and industry, and investing time and resources in the long-term growth of the business. Horace Mann offers performance-based 1099 compensation, an incentive package during the first 48 months, a dedicated Premier Service Representative to handle client service work, an exclusive niche market, technology and training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong business management skills.
- Resident state General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
