About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Scottsdale, Arizona. The agent will build and manage an agency serving educators, helping clients identify affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security. The role focuses on building market access and relationships, presenting products to groups and individuals, networking in the community and industry, and investing time and resources in the long-term success of the business. Horace Mann offers an exclusive territory, a dedicated Service Representative for client service work, technology and training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs. No external office is required for the first two years.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong business management skills.
• Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
• Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
