About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Kingman, Arizona, to build and manage an insurance agency serving educators. The agent will help educators find affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security by developing relationships, presenting products, and growing a network in the community. The role offers a dedicated Service Representative to handle client service work, an exclusive territory, technology and training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs. No external office is required for the first two years. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with activity- and success-based incentives and quarterly production incentives during the first 48 months.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong business management skills.
Resident state General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.

Nice To Haves

Two to five years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
