About The Position

NavSav is seeking a passionate, hardworking, and experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to support new business growth in a local office in Scottsdale, Arizona. NavSav is a rapidly growing independent insurance agency with more than 75 locations across the United States and access to more than 150 carriers. The role focuses on developing client relationships, selling personal lines insurance, meeting monthly sales quotas, and contributing to agency growth. The producer will use agency processes and sales resources, and participate in agency-provided training.

Requirements

A Property and Casualty insurance license is required.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Good operational computing and typing skills, including typing at least 45 words per minute and using Microsoft Office suites and internet browsers.
Ability to work independently as a confident self-starter.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Sell auto, home, motorcycle, ATV, umbrella, and other insurance products.
Respond to inquiries about insurance availability and products, and overcome common sales objections.
Learn the agency’s products, services, and systems, and participate in agency-provided training.
Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
Support individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and participating in new initiatives.
Use resources such as inbound and outbound calls, referral partners, marketing, social media, and account rounding to support sales success.
