About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Tucson, Arizona. The agent will build and manage an insurance business focused on serving educators, helping them find affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security. The role involves developing market access and relationships, presenting insurance products to groups and individuals, and participating in networking, community, and industry events. The agent is expected to invest time and resources in the long-term success of the business. Horace Mann offers an exclusive territory, a dedicated Service Representative for client service work, technology and training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs. No external office is required for the first two years.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong business management skills.
• Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
• Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
