Inside Sales Representative IT (m/w/d)

• Betreuung von Bestands- und Gewinnung von Neukunden
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Fullfilment, Pre-Sales, Verwaltung und Produktmanagement
• Beratung der Kunden und Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen für geeignete Hosting-Infrastrukturlösungen
• Selbstständige und abschlussorientierte Arbeit mit Kunden
• Durchführung von kommerziellen Aktivitäten wie Angebotserstellung, Verhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüsse
• Erfassung und Überwachung von Verträgen, Angeboten und Vereinbarungen im SAP-ERP-System
• Arbeit in einem multikulturellen Team auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene
• Gewinnung von Neukunden und Ausbau des Umsatzes mit bestehenden Kunden
• Kontinuierliche Leistung auf hohem Niveau und Streben nach Verbesserung

• Experienced inside sales representative
• Extensive knowledge of global hosting and data center landscape
• Customer-oriented and results-driven
• Able to bring deals to closure
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)-Hosting Solutions
• Proficient in Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Bare-Metal-Server, CDN, Dedizierte Server, Colocation, Managed Hosting, Application Security, and Hybrid Solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments
• Strong commercial skills including creating offers, negotiating, and contract management
• Familiarity with SAP-ERP system
