Responsibilities
- Betreuung von Bestands- und Gewinnung von Neukunden
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Fullfilment, Pre-Sales, Verwaltung und Produktmanagement
- Beratung der Kunden und Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen für geeignete Hosting-Infrastrukturlösungen
- Selbstständige und abschlussorientierte Arbeit mit Kunden
- Durchführung von kommerziellen Aktivitäten wie Angebotserstellung, Verhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüsse
- Erfassung und Überwachung von Verträgen, Angeboten und Vereinbarungen im SAP-ERP-System
- Arbeit in einem multikulturellen Team auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene
- Gewinnung von Neukunden und Ausbau des Umsatzes mit bestehenden Kunden
- Kontinuierliche Leistung auf hohem Niveau und Streben nach Verbesserung
Requirements
- Experienced inside sales representative
- Extensive knowledge of global hosting and data center landscape
- Customer-oriented and results-driven
- Able to bring deals to closure
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)-Hosting Solutions
- Proficient in Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Bare-Metal-Server, CDN, Dedizierte Server, Colocation, Managed Hosting, Application Security, and Hybrid Solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments
- Strong commercial skills including creating offers, negotiating, and contract management
- Familiarity with SAP-ERP system
- Multicultural team player
- Goal-oriented with a focus on acquiring new customers and expanding revenue with existing customers
