Datacenter Operations Engineer (m/w/d)

• Building and commissioning complex IT structures
• Provisioning hardware, software, and other services
• Configuring, installing, moving, and decommissioning servers and other hardware in data centers
• Providing customer support for server and component installations within the data center
• Upgrading/downgrading server components (storage, hard drives, etc.)
• Swapping server components and entire servers, including handling all relevant administrative matters (RMA processing)
• Testing servers and server components
• Having good hardware knowledge, particularly server hardware and enterprise IT components in a data center environment
• Having knowledge of various operating systems, preferably Linux and Windows Server
• Having basic network knowledge (DNS/IP/Netmask/Gateway settings, etc.)
• Working in a structured, careful, and results-oriented manner
• Having excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Having good written and spoken German and English language skills
• Possessing a valid driver's license (Class B)

• Experience in building and operating complex IT structures
• Ability to provide hardware, software, and other services
• Proficiency in configuring, installing, moving, and dismantling servers and other hardware in data centers
• Knowledge of server and enterprise IT components in a data center environment
• Familiarity with various operating systems, particularly Linux and Windows Server
• Basic networking skills, including DNS, IP, Netmask, and Gateway settings
• Strong attention to detail and results-oriented work approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Technical knowledge and experience in a related field is a plus
